Culture Makers Lab Melbourne Museum

Storytelling in the 21st century takes many forms and the stories in the exhibitions are told in many ways. In Culture Makers Lab, students work creatively with artists and can begin to develop their own creative work.

On Tuesday 19 March and Wednesday 20 March, artists Kate Robinson and Maria Birch-Morunga will share their creative practice and artistic journey with students, and lead art-making workshops exploring personal stories of culture, heritage and race. Students will be inspired to create their own art to take away at the end of the workshop.
